A customer experience agent is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction with our insurance products and services. The duties include, but not limited to assisting customers with their insurance needs, answering phones, servicing existing customers, quoting new business, and utilizing our suite of technology products to streamline and automate our processes. We are fully electronic and applicant will need to have strong technology background and communication skills, work well as a team, and have a strong understanding of insurance. Insurance agent preferred or applicant is willing to obtain their insurance license within 60 days of hiring.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,108.00 - $45,280.00 per year
